WHAT: Digital storytelling event to launch a legacy of visibility for LGBTQI foster youth and families.

WHEN: October 26, 2019 10-3pm. This is a FREE and inclusive event.

HOPE: Along with our community partners, TLC Child and Family Services is organizing this fun and connective digital storytelling event to launch a legacy of visibility for LGBTQI foster youth and families. Through engaging and creative workshops, we will explore the unique experiences of being an LGBTQI foster youth or family and will create a digital video that will be released on public forums such as Youtube where these voices and stories can be shared with others.

WHO: Participants can be past or current foster youth, past or current LGBTQI foster parents or parents of LGBTQI youth. You are welcome to attend regardless of your participation in the video making.

Please share this event widely as we are hoping to reach as many youth and families as possible.
