Brian Rogers brings more than 30 years of experience in the casino gaming industry and currently serves as Table Games Logistics & Training Manager at Graton Resort & Casino. Over the course of his career, he has held roles ranging from Table Games Dealer to Table Games Director and now oversees department training, dealer school operations, and game installations.

Brian has a long history of nonprofit leadership and community service, having served on volunteer boards since 1997. His involvement with Sonoma County Pride spans more than a decade, including nine years managing event logistics as well as past roles coordinating vendors and sponsorships. He has also served as President and Vice President for both Pride and Gay Rodeo nonprofit organizations.

For Brian, Pride means living authentically as a gay man without hiding who he is—personally or professionally—and helping create spaces where others can do the same.
