Liz Mentelos brings more than a decade of experience in visual communications, with a professional background in printed media, design, production, and large-scale signage. She has worked with dozens of organizations as both a creative professional and strategic advisor, helping brands communicate their stories through thoughtful design and visual storytelling. She currently serves as Executive Assistant at the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber.

As part of the Sonoma County Pride Board, Liz helps support the organization’s marketing and communications efforts, working alongside fellow board members to ensure Pride’s message reaches the community in meaningful and engaging ways.

To Liz, Pride represents a tapestry of courage, hope, and connection—rooted in chosen family and the collective strength of community. She believes Sonoma County Pride plays a vital role in ensuring LGBTQIA+ individuals across the region have a safe, visible, and welcoming space to gather and celebrate.
