Tiesa Meri Meskis serves as a Director on the Sonoma County Pride Board and works as Co‑Parade Coordinator, helping plan and organize Sonoma County Pride’s annual Pride Parade. In this role, she helps support logistics, communications, and coordination to ensure the parade remains a welcoming and celebratory event for the community.

Tiesa brings a diverse professional background that spans technology, small business ownership, and healthcare. Earlier in her career she operated an IT business supporting small organizations with their technology needs. She has since transitioned into healthcare and currently works as a Certified Nursing Assistant while pursuing her nursing degree.

For Tiesa, Pride represents the ongoing exploration of what it means to be human and the importance of building inclusive communities where everyone is welcome.
