Please note: acceptance of this application is at the sole discretion of the Sonoma County Pride 2008 Planning Committee, (SCPPC).

 

REGUAR SPACE FEES (The Great Lawn):

 

a)     Food & Beverage Vendor - $125.00 per Space

b)    For-Profit $60.00 per Space

c)     Non-Profit $35 per Space

 

TENTED SPACE FEES (The Big Tent):

 

This year Pride is able to offer a limited number of spaces under the Wells Fargo Center’s Big Tent. The tent has a high top which provides shade from the June sun and allows for hot air to rise, allowing for cooling. The tent is erected on an asphalt pad.

    

     a)     Food & Beverage Vendor  - $150.00*

     b)    For-Profit $85

     c)     Non Profit $60

 

Note that each space is 10 feet by 10 feet. Spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis, when a completed form and check payment are received.

 

*Food vendors who will be preparing food on the premises, may not use spaces in the Big Tent.

 

As the authorized representative for the applicant E/V, I have read and agree to the terms of the application. By submitting this application, I am confirming this.
