YES! We do take donations! We are an entirely volunteer organization and must raise 100% of the funds to produce pride from our local communities. We will gladly accept any donations of any amount!
At this time the Sonoma County Pride Committee is not yet a IRS registered 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, 'cause that costs money too! We are partnered with Postive Images, which is a 501(c)3 organization, to produce Sonoma County Pride and to allow supporters to donate funds and still receive the tax benefits from doing so.
For this reason, checks should be made out to Positive Images, with Sonoma County Pride added to the memo area so that the check can be properly credited to the Sonoma County Pride fund.
